Can I bring additional friends or family members? You are welcome to bring additional friends or family members on both trips, at your own expense. The MacArthur package includes one adult and one guest, so costs for any additional travelers are your responsibility. The costs for each trip are listed below; points cannot be used to cover these costs. During the registration process, you can add your family member(s) names and information. Mayan Riviera Cruise Costa Mujeres The cost for adding an additional adult to your room is from $1600 which includes four nights hotel, all-inclusive package, roundtrip airport transfers, access to the private welcome reception, and taxes/fees/gratuities. The cost for the airfare and a $25 service fee per person is additional; airfare prices will vary based on airline inventory at the time of ticketing. |

Can I extend my stay? You are welcome to extend your stay in either destination, at your own expense, based on availability. The costs to extend are listed below. During the registration process, you can specify your extension requests. All requests are subject to availability and will not be confirmed until payment is received. Points cannot be used to cover these additional costs. Mayan Riviera Cruise If you would like to extend your stay in Miami, please add a note to the 'Special Requests' box with your preferred return date, during the registration process. Travel One can assist with booking airfare for your extended dates; you will be responsible for any incremental fare from program dates and a $25 service fee per person, as well as accommodations for the extra dates, and transfers from the cruise port, and back to the airport. Costa Mujeres Extension nights at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres are from $1,050 per room per night (double occupancy), based on availability, which includes the nightly rate, all-inclusive package, transfer back to the airport for your return flight, and taxes/fees/gratuities. Additional costs for incremental airfare, plus a $25 service fee per person, are not included and will vary based on availability when your registration is received. During registration, choose the extension option that specifies the number of extra nights you would like. Travel One will check with the hotel for availability and contact you with the flight options and additional costs. If you would like to stay at a different resort, transfers to that resort from Secrets, back to the Cancun airport, additional hotel nights, and all other costs are your responsibility. |

How will I get to/from the airport and hotel? Both trips include roundtrip, group airport transfers for program days. Once you land and have collected your luggage, look for Travel One staff and/or our local partners holding MacArthur Co. signs. They will direct you to your transportation vehicle. There will be more specific details included in your travel documents that are mailed via USPS 2-3 weeks prior to your departure. |

I only qualified for one trip/couple but would like to purchase another package to bring another couple. Is that possible? If you would like to purchase an additional package on the Mayan Riviera Cruise or at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, you will need to wait until registration has closed and all qualified customers have been allotted their room. However, you can Contact Travel One via email at incentives@traveloneinc.com or phone at 952-278-1100 at any time prior to registration closing to add your name to the waitlist to be notified if any rooms remain. Travel One will contact you in late November/early December in the order you were added to the waitlist. |

What identification do I need to board my flight? Both destinations are international, so all travelers, regardless of age, are required to have a passport valid for six months past your date of return to the U.S. If you do not have a passport, please apply as soon as possible. If your current passport expires before August 2026 for the Mayan Riviera Cruise, or September 2026 for Costa Mujeres, please renew as soon as possible. It can take 10-13 weeks (or longer) to get new passports, so we recommend you do this soon. Visit the U.S. Department of State website for more information and to get forms. While the Mayan Riviera Cruise departs from Florida and you can fly domestically with your government issued REAL ID, because you will be traveling into international waters on the cruise, you are required to have a valid passport to board the ship. Passport cards are NOT valid for travel on the Mayan Riviera Cruise or for air travel to Mexico; you must have a passport book. |

What if my passport will expire before, or shortly after, the travel dates? We recommend your passport is valid for six months past your return date. If you are traveling on the Mayan Riviera cruise, your passport should not expire before August 27, 2026. If you are traveling to Costa Mujeres, your passport should not expire before September 26, 2026. If your passport will expire before the date(s) above, you need to renew it as soon as possible, as processing times will vary from 2 weeks to 10 weeks. When will I know my flight itinerary? Travel One will be issuing tickets in October and November, and will reach out to you via email with your flights. You will have until 3:00 pm Central Time the following business day to respond with questions or changes, otherwise your flights will be ticketed. Any changes after ticketing may result in additional costs. Remember to check your spam or junk folders for these emails. Will I have seat assignments on my flights? We will do our best to secure seat assignments based on your requests, however, many carriers hold seats for airport check-in or reserve premium/preferred seating for an extra cost. Early check-in is your best course of action to try to obtain a more desirable seat if one is available at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by airline restrictions. If you are ticketed on a group block of flights, your itinerary may arrive in your inbox without seat assignments listed. Rest assured that the air team is working on assigning seats with the airline, which sometimes does not happen until after ticketing. |

What if my ticket was issued with the wrong name or I need to send someone else in my place? Any change to the name on an airline ticket will be by request only and is subject to the airline's rules and restrictions. If a name change or correction is allowed, you will be responsible for additional costs such as airline administration fees, fare difference of the new ticket cost, and a $50 Travel One service fee. If a name change or correction is not allowed by the airline, you will be responsible for the full cost of a new ticket with the correct/updated name plus the Travel One service fee. |

What shore excursions are available on the Mayan Riviera cruise? Your Mayan Riviera cruise includes one shore excursion per person in each port. The cruise line has reserved limited space on each excursion for MacArthur customers. During the registration process, you will select your first and second preferred excursion in each port. Travel One will assign shore excursions based on a first come, first served basis, and will do their best to confirm everyone on their first choice, but it is not guaranteed. If you do not receive your first choice, you are welcome to try to switch once you arrive on the ship. Click here to view more information about the included shore excursions. What activities are available in Costa Mujeres? There are a wide range of activities and entertainment available both on- and off-site of Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres. Travel One and our local partner, Amstar, will be emailing a link in mid-November to book off-site tours, if you are interested. The costs for these activities are your responsibility. After registration closes, Travel One will send an email with a link to pre-book activities in Costa Mujeres. We recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability as March is high season in Mexico. You can book activities on-site at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, but availability is not guaranteed. |

Do I need travel insurance? Travel insurance is not included with your package but is strongly recommended. A travel insurance policy can cover trip delays or interruptions, and costs associated with missed connections, delays, and interruptions if not weather related. Is a COVID-19 vaccination or booster shot required for either trip? Currently, vaccination and/or booster shots are not required for travel on Regent Seven Seas Cruises, into Mexico, travel back into the United States from an international destination, or for travel within the United States.
